The Rare Character Single Barrel Series brings rare, one-of-a-kind American whiskeys to the public for the first time ever. Taking inspiration from the 1990s era of unique customer bottlings found domestically as well as in Europe and Asia, these selections are complete with hyper-customized labeling, proofed to the customer’s objectives, and bottled at our facility in Stanford, Kentucky. Every barrel has been tasted, loved, and approved by Pablo Moix, Co-Founder of Rare Character Whiskey. Pablo has over two decades of experience within the whiskey community, has been purchasing single barrels for his own bars and restaurants for over a decade, and has a renowned palate and appreciation for fine bourbon and rye.   Pablo's passion for distinctive and rare whiskeys was the initial inspiration for the Rare Character Single Barrel Series.
